The WP3
partners decided to work on indicators relevant at HEI level and indicative
for the regional, state
or European ICT’s policy. As consequence, we will proceed with a double approach:
• one at a micro economic level, inspired by HEI
business and management perspectives. We will integrate
dimension about the quality of services provided to customer and some
indicators in a Balance Scored Cards approach.
• the other at a macro economic level, with questions about the
eLearning progression in our societies. We will identify general indicators and trends
of its development.
- Outcomes
WP3 focuses on the management of E-Learning activities
in HEI. It followed an emerging process, collecting data from four different
institutions (two French, one Italian and one Polish) over a three-year period
to catch the dynamics. The WP3 team found interesting points in the process
management, strategy and development models of E-learning activities in Higher
Education Institutions. It was also able to provide comparisons about the
development of E-learning in France, Italy and Poland.
